Be the Fish ... Be FAST!

Congratulations Flying Fish Age Group Team who took 8th over-all at the Arizona Long Course State Championships. Top performances included 2 wins by Sylas Cole (12) in the 800 Free and 200 Fly events, and top three finishes by Michael Babyak (10) and Terry Yang (9) in the 100 back and 50 free respectively. Nice job also to all finalist/top 8 finishers (Thomas Golden, Dalton Pakkala, Charles Huang, Tristan Schrader, Isaac Stump, Jason Henseler, Colin McGovern, Wyatt Matson and Craig Simmons) as well as consolation finalists/top 16 finishers (Chris Babyak, Jarron Henseler, Matthew King, Lauren Brauer, Madeline Dailey and Emily Sherwood),

We have an extremely diverse group in terms of ability and ALL are welcome.  Workouts are tailored to your particular ability/fitness level and are guaranteed to improve your fitness!

FAST-AZ is a year-round competitive swim team, offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide athletes the opportunity to improve swimming skills while emphasizing individual progress, team unity and family participation.

Our coaches have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program available for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. High-quality coaching guarantees that the time your children spend in swimming will be quality time.

Sonoran Desert Aquatics is a non-profit club doing business as (dba) Flying Fish of Arizona Swim Team (FAST). The club and team are run by the coaches and support committees and overseen by an elected Board of Directors, which meets each month.  All members are welcome at each meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraisers.
